A Walk Through Great Barrier Reef
Posted February 15th, 2008 by ankurIf you are planning for an outing anywhere in Australia then Great barrier reef is one of the best option available. Since I had been there in last summer with my family, so I do know that how good is this place. Since GBR being one of the seven natural wonders of world, satisfied me fully with its beauty. Our trip started from Airlie Beach which is a a tourist hub with beer stores, bars, dance clubs and many more. We spent whole first day at Whitsundays(a group of islands situated in GBR).
Whitsundays’ beauty is much more increased due to its marine life!! From there we decided to leave for Cairns which is also known as gateway of GBR. Its a very beautiful city fully geared with loads of tourists. A nice lagoon at oceanfront welcomed us to the heat escaping place. For one moment I wished to live here….but it wasn’t possible so I took few pics.
I’ll suggest everyone to go there and spend few days from their busy schedule
and see the nature’s beauty. Chow!!!
