Why people eat so much of junk food? I was looking back into my album and realized that how much fat I was earlier? But after leaving all junk food I slashed down my weight. It was not just the junk food who was doing badly for me but less work out, no exercise was the one who was putting me down every day. Obesity is really bad as it brings other ailments along with it. Whether it is a problem related to blood pressure, joint pains or even heart attacks are just because of obesity. And for this we our self are responsible. If we take good care of our health then we will hardly face any problem. Nature otherwise bounce back with ailments if we don’t receive its hints to care of our body.
