I am a heavy person. When I walk on the road people stare at me. I feel awkward walking on the road; I too want to be a slim person like anybody else. But I don’t have the strength to face the people who stare at me so; I can’t go for a morning walk. One day I saw a TV show about treadmills. I brought a treadmill. Now, I don’t feel inconvenience walking on the treadmill. I have reduced 5 kgs of weight in a week. I have the confidence of losing more weight. One day I will also walk next to the other people without any shame and complexity. Treadmills are the best source to do exercise and to keep your body healthy.
