I have a small scale company, where all type of people work together. Previously I use to notice a regular fight among the employees. Then I decided to unite them by providing them the company logo shirts of same color. It worked a lot. Because of the company logo shirts my employees are being noticed by outer people that they work for my company. It brought the fame and recognition for the company. All the employees too had the spirit to put more efforts. And no-one now had the feeling of being superior or inferior. Everyone eat in the company canteen and wear the company logo shirts. This way I brought the feeling of equality among my employee
